The Heavy Duty cushioned hitch bar will reduce the slams and bangs from starting and stopping while towing a trailer. Reduces jolts to help protect the tow vehicle's drive line, hitch assembly and trailer contents. When installed, the hitch pin block is locked in a fixed position within the receiver tube. The hitch bar and ball mount slide forward and backward as determined by the towing load, compressing the polyurethane cushion as needed. The cushion ball mount is compatible with all standard after-market 2" square receivers.
